We understand diversity and inclusion to be key factors in equitable change that benefits individuals, groups, and organizations.  

We deliver education and training through a 2SLGBTQ (Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) lens to bring about diverse and applied understandings of equity in a variety of professional settings. Our evidence-informed approach is adapted in collaboration with each client to provide professional development experiences that are specific to educational need, scope of practice, and/or organizational culture. 

We share and adapt our strategies to cultivate cultures of respect and successfully bridge gaps between training and implementation for the inclusion of all persons, particularly those with diverse backgrounds.
